Return, Credit & Cancellation Policy

Nowship provides shipping-only services, containerized shipment services, Kübox shipments, packing systems, value protection, custom services, and related service add-ons. Because these services involve container fulfillment, carrier labels, pickup scheduling, shipment booking, documentation review, transportation preparation, and service coordination, orders are not treated like ordinary retail product returns.

Standard Bookings

Standard bookings are not refundable.

If an eligible order is cancelled, changed, reduced, or not fully used, Nowship may issue a site credit or partial credit for future use. Credits are issued at Nowship’s discretion based on the status of the order and any costs already incurred.

Custom Services

Custom services may include special pricing, custom shipment coordination, unusual shipment requirements, special handling, account-based service terms, non-standard pickup or delivery arrangements, documentation support, project-based shipping, or other services quoted or approved by Nowship in writing.

Custom services may include standard booking clauses unless a written custom service quote, invoice, agreement, or approval states otherwise.

Custom service fees, custom orders, special arrangements, project work, documentation work, coordination time, and any services already started or completed are non-refundable.

If a custom service is cancelled, changed, reduced, or not fully used, Nowship may issue a site credit or partial credit only when an unused service portion remains and only when approved by Nowship.
