Where can I move or ship to?
Nowship supports shipping and small-move solutions across many U.S. locations. Service availability may depend on your origin, destination, container type, carrier availability, and the shipment details you provide at booking.
If your shipment is outside standard service areas, Nowship may need to review the route before confirming pricing and service.
How do I schedule a pickup of my packed containers?
After your containers are packed and ready, you will follow the pickup instructions provided with your booking. Your pickup may be scheduled through the assigned carrier or through Nowship support, depending on the service selected.
Containers should be fully packed, closed, labeled, and ready for carrier pickup before the scheduled pickup window.
Can I return my container if I booked too many?
If you ordered more containers than you need, contact Nowship before shipping or using the extra container. Return eligibility may depend on whether the container was used, shipped, damaged, or included as part of a bundled shipping price.
Unused container returns may be subject to return shipping, restocking, or other applicable costs from Kübox.
Are Nowship prices guaranteed?
Nowship pricing is based on the shipment details provided at the time of booking, including container quantity, size, origin, destination, and selected service.
Pricing may change if shipment details change, if additional services are requested, if carrier charges apply, or if the shipment is outside the quoted service assumptions.
When can I expect my container supply to be sent to my home?
Container supplies are typically prepared and shipped after your order is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on fulfillment availability, your location, the carrier, and the shipping service used.
You should order your containers with enough time to pack before your desired pickup or move date.
How long does my move take?
Transit time depends on your origin, destination, carrier, service level, weather, holidays, and other carrier conditions.
Nowship is designed for small packed-container shipments, not traditional full-service household moving or freight shipping. Estimated transit times should be treated as estimates unless a specific guaranteed carrier service is purchased.
Is my shipment protected for damage or loss?
Nowship shipments may include limited protection depending on the service selected and the carrier terms that apply. Protection is not the same as full replacement insurance. All shipments use carrier protection and these carriers primarily use ISTA packing standards to determine liability and acceptance of claims.
Proper packing is critical. Items should be packed securely with suitable cushioning so they do not touch the container walls or move inside the container during transit.
Can I purchase additional protection for my items?
Additional protection may be available depending on the shipment, item type, declared value, and service selected.
Some items may be excluded or limited by carrier rules, protection terms, or packing requirements.
Can I self-insure my move?
Yes. Some customers choose to self-insure, meaning they accept responsibility for loss or damage risk instead of purchasing additional protection.
If you self-insure, you should understand the limits of any included carrier or service protection before shipping.
What locations are near me to buy packing supplies, print labels, and handle other needs before my move?
Customers often use local pack-and-ship stores, print centers, office supply stores, carrier retail locations, or packaging supply stores for extra packing materials, label printing, and related move preparation.
Before visiting a location, confirm that it can print shipping labels, sell the packing supplies you need, and help with your specific requirements.
