Customs Documents Required for Moving to Cambodia: Scan of passport, Detailed inventory / commercial invoice in English.  

NOTE: A foreigner may import household goods and personal effects duty free under the following conditions: Diplomatic status or work for an NGO, Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs verifying the owner of the goods status or employment with an NGO and requests Customs to permit duty-free import, The receiver of the goods do not need to be present for Customs clearance, however, the owner of the goods' employer must be registered and issue a letter on company letterhead stating that the owner of the goods is employed in Cambodia.

Restricted/Dutiable Items:  Human remains & body parts, Firearms, weaponry & parts, Food, Ivory, Live animals, & plants, Tobacco products Prohibited Items: Firearms, Illegal Drugs / psychotropic drugs, Acids/chemicals, Flammable, Perffumes, Poison, Tobacco, Paints & Pornographic materials. 

These documents are mandatory and you will be required to upload these documents during the Onboarding process (see Onboarding). Additional documents may be required to clear goods tax & duty free.
